Accountant (m/w/d)

Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with management to organize and support the accounting department.
• Assist with accounting and controlling activities.
• Support the preparation and execution of payment runs.
• Participate in account reconciliations and month-end closing activities.
• Serve as the point of contact for accounting and finance-related matters. Ensure accurate financial records and compliance with accounting standards. Support ongoing financial reporting and administrative accounting tasks.

Requirements

• Completed commercial apprenticeship, degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field, or an equivalent qualification.
• Several years of professional experience in accounting.
• Experience with payroll accounting is an advantage.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.
• Familiarity with German accounting standards and business processes. Proficiency in common accounting procedures and financial documentation. Strong attention to detail with a reliable and conscientious approach. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Ability to work independently while maintaining a structured and accurate work style. High level of responsibility and commitment to quality.
