Accountant Creditor (gn) full-time/part-time (hybrid)

• You process incoming supplier invoices and ensure their proper routing through the digital approval workflow. You clarify discrepancies between goods receipt and invoice data in close collaboration with the respective departments and ensure the accurate maintenance of related accounts.
• You process payment reminders, follow up on outstanding items, and support the final review as part of the payment process.
• You are responsible for the timely execution and monitoring of payment runs and ensure that suppliers are paid on time.
• You post payment transactions, perform account reconciliations, and support the resolution of outstanding items.
• You act as a competent point of contact for business departments and suppliers regarding invoice status, payment transactions, and approval processes.
• You process travel expense claims and maintain vendor master data, ensuring a high level of data quality.
• You actively contribute to monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities and support the preparation of relevant reports and analyses.
• You work closely with auditors as well as internal and external stakeholders and support audits and examinations. You actively contribute to projects aimed at optimizing and further developing accounting processes, systems, and digital solutions.

• You have successfully completed a commercial apprenticeship, ideally with a focus on accounting, financial accounting, or a comparable qualification. You have practical experience in accounts payable accounting or a similar commercial environment.
• Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA, particularly the FI and MM modules, is an advantage.
• You work in a structured, meticulous, and self-reliant manner and maintain an overview even under high workloads.
• You have a strong affinity for numbers as well as a high level of accuracy and quality awareness.
• You are distinguished by strong communication skills and a pronounced ability to work effectively within a team.
• You communicate confidently in German, both written and spoken. English language skills are an advantage.
• You handle sensitive financial and business data responsibly and confidentially.
• You have a keen eye for process improvements and contribute your own ideas to the continuous enhancement of workflows and systems. A strong customer and service orientation, combined with enjoyment in collaborating with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders, completes your profile.
