AGGP2027 – Graduate Engineering Planning & Data Manager (Betriebswirt/in (Fachschule) - Finanzen und Investment/Bachelor Professional in Wirtschaft)

What you will be doing

You will be on a development pathway to prepare you to be an Engineering Planning & Data Manager and can expect to be involved in the following:

• Plan and steer engineering customization activities within challenging projects to implement specific airline requests
• Performing Data Analytics tasks on the Airbus internal platform Skywise and other environments
• Contribute in shaping the future way of working while supporting digitalisation initiatives
• Unique possibility to get to know the aircraft customization from early definition up to certification and delivery, combining theory (processes and project management) and practice (manufacturing and delivery)
• gaining an insight in all the different areas involved in delivering a customised product with a focus on Cabin & Cargo

Your development pathway will include a minimum of one rotation on a different mission. At the end of the 2 year development programme you will be fully equipped to be a key player as Engineering Planning & Data Manager.

What we look for

To be a successful applicant to the Airbus Global Graduate Programme, you will need to demonstrate you have:

• A degree level or equivalent within a relevant field of study
• Recently graduated or first professional experience in the field of engineering preferable with knowledge in data science or analytics
• Degree required: Bachelor degree
• Strong verbal and written communication in our business language (English)
• A desire to work in a collaborative team environment, focused on driving future innovation
• The ability to be self aware and a wish to be in the driving seat of your Development.
• Specific experience or interests: project management, strong communication skills, interested in digital trends and data oriented
