- Design and build AI-powered automation for software quality assurance, reducing manual testing effort over time
- Develop test and evaluation infrastructure for workflow, end-to-end, REST/gRPC API and contract testing, with CI/CD integration
- Build tools and agents that generate and execute tests, inspect behavior, analyze failures and highlight release risks
- Collaborate with software engineers across Dart/Flutter apps, C#/.NET services, APIs and cloud infrastructure throughout development
- Perform exploratory, integration and release testing where needed, and turn proven manual checks into scalable automation
- Bachelor`s degree or higher (University, FH) in Computer Science, Software Engineering, AI or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- Programming skills for building engineering tools and automation; experience with C#/.NET, Python or Dart/Flutter is valuable
- Experience with automated testing for REST/gRPC APIs, mobile apps, backend systems and/or end-to-end workflows
- Understanding of CI/CD, API contracts, distributed systems, cloud infrastructure and modern software delivery practices
- Interest or experience with LLMs, AI agents, tool use and agentic workflows, turning prototypes into reliable solutions
