Role Description We are looking for an AI and Tech Digital Transformation Intern to play a pivotal part in the successful digital transformation of the company through the effective implementation of AI technologies.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Identify AI Opportunities: Analyze business processes to pinpoint areas where AI can enhance efficiency, productivity, and decision-making.
- Develop Implementation Roadmap: Create a detailed plan outlining the steps for integrating AI tools across various departments, including timelines and milestones.
- Conduct Pilot Projects: Initiate small-scale pilot projects to test AI applications, gathering insights and data to assess their effectiveness before full-scale implementation.
- Facilitate Training and Support: Organize and deliver training programs for employees on new AI tools, ensuring they are equipped to utilize these technologies effectively.
- Engage Stakeholders: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather input and feedback, ensuring that the AI transformation aligns with the needs and goals of each department.
- Monitor and Evaluate Progress: Regularly track the performance of AI initiatives, using KPIs to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
- Manage Vendor Relationships: Liaise with AI tool vendors to ensure optimal use of their products, addressing any technical issues and negotiating contracts as necessary.
- Establish Data Governance: Work with data management teams to ensure high-quality data is available for AI applications, focusing on data privacy and security.
- Promote a Culture of Innovation: Encourage a mindset of continuous improvement and innovation within the organization, fostering an environment where employees feel empowered to explore AI solutions.
- Report to Management: Provide regular updates to senior management on the status of AI initiatives, including successes, challenges, and recommendations for future actions. By fulfilling these responsibilities, the individual in this role will play a pivotal part in the successful digital transformation of the company through the effective implementation of AI technologies.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Relevant certifications in AI, Machine Learning, Data Analytics, Cloud Computing, or Technology Management can be an advantage.
- Basic understanding of AI/ML concepts (supervised learning, NLP, automation)
- Familiarity with at least one data tool — Python, SQL, Power BI, or Excel (advanced)
- Understanding of data privacy principles (GDPR awareness)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving thinking
- Proactive, self-starter attitude with comfort in ambiguous, fast-changing environments
- Good communication and teamwork skills
