• You will work on leading edge development projects for MEMS consumer sensor integrated circuits Use your creativity and freedom:
• You will work on digital module-level concept definition, requirement derivation, mixed-signal architectural integration Integrated implementation:
• You design digital circuits with a focus on optimization regarding area and power Reliable implementation:
• You will be responsible for the robust design of digital circuits in controland datapath structures Structured evaluation:

• At least 5 years of professional experience in IC digital design and preferably experience in data signal processing and/or microcontroller subsystems; deepunderstanding of VHDL and/ or Veriloghardware description languages, strongexpertisewithstate-of-the-artdigitaldesign EDA tools isrequired, experience indigitaldata processing andlow-powerdesigntechniques; knowledge of place-and-route toolchain is a plus
• Languages:
• Proficient English is mandatory;advanced German language skills are beneficial Education:
• A degree (Diploma/M.Sc.) in Electrical Engineering or an equivalent field
