Associate System Administrator (m/f/d)

Job Responsibilities

• Works globally, with a team of system administrators to respond to tickets and projects
• Based on business initiatives, identifies hardware and software needs
• Configures and maintains hardware platforms, virtual and cloud environments
• Monitors and responds to network security events
• Implements standards across global locations
• Configures and maintains device and platform images
• Works within the guidelines of security and compliance requirements, including ISO, GDPR, PCI, eDiscovery,HIPPA, SOC II
• Stays current with the industry to evaluate and propose new technologies as required
• Implements new technologies to meet project goals

• 1+ years of relevant experience requiredCertification in a technology preferred
• Knowledge of Windows, Apple and/or Linux operating systems
• Microsoft intune and/or JAMF experience preferred
• Experience with various cloud computing and NAS/SAN providers preferred
• The ability to understand and compute storage and capacity

Education

Bachelor's degree, or associate’s degree preferred

You will also be working directly with senior members of the IT organization to troubleshoot issues and complete projects. The responsibilities of this role are a blend of project-based work and responding to user needs. This role will focus on teamwork and individual effort to achieve the goals defined by the IT organization.
