Automotive After Sales Specialist (m/f/d) (Ingenieur/in - Elektrotechnik)

Your tasks:

• Define and implement measures to strengthen customer´s relationships in cooperation with dealers and distributors across Europe
• Propose and support business development activities for distributors and dealers
• Evaluate operations at our dealers and submit improvement plans
• Administrate and analyze data from distributors regarding vehicle intake, service and parts profit
• Support the organization and execution of the annual European service conference for distributors
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, especially with departments overseas

Your profile:

• Qualification as a Master Technician or any other equivalent
• Professional knowledge and experience in workshop operations, customer services and aftersales business
• Experience in the commercial vehicle sector and technical knowledge of commercial vehicles
• Knowledge of light- and heavy-duty trucks, initial experience with electric vehicles
• Well-developed negotiation and coordination skills
• An analytical, flexible and proactive team player with strong communication and intercultural skills
• Business fluent German and English skills (C1 level or higher)
