As Baker / Confectioner, you will work in our production team in our bakery in Hamburg Altona. As Baker, your daily focus will be on the production of donut dough. You will prepare the dough, cut it, bake and fry the donuts. Afterwards, you will help the Confectioner team with prep and other tasks. As Confectioner, you put the finishing touches on our donuts and make sure they always look great. You prepare fillings and glazes and glaze and decorate the donuts with your eye for detail.

You should be organized, decisive and attentive and have an understanding of modern baking / pastry techniques.

You are a trained confectioner/baker and/or have relevant experience in a professional kitchen.
Availability to work early hours (shifts starting at 03:00 a.m.), weekends and public holidays.
Attention to detail and can produce food products with consistent quality.
Love working in a team.
Experience using plant based ingredients would be an advantage.
Ability to work in a hot environment, lift heavy weights, walk, bend, use your hands and machinery.

Hourly wage starting at €16.07 according to the current collective wage agreement for system gastronomy, with clear pay levels and regular increases; with completed vocational training and excellent qualifications, an hourly wage of up to €18.24 is possible by agreement
Bonuses for Sundays, night shifts, and public holidays (All bonuses are tax-free: 25% night bonus, 25% on Sundays, 100% on public holidays, if you start before 12 a.m., you will get 40% bonus until 4 a.m.)
