Business Consultant (m/f/x) - SaaS Solution

Your Responsibilities

New Customer Onboarding

After a successful sales process, you will be responsible for onboarding new customers and supporting them throughout the implementation:

• Analyzing customer requirements and defining efficient business processes
• Configuring the software solution together with key users, IT, and management
• Conducting workshops and training sessions for key users
• Supporting integrations with upstream and downstream systems
• Taking over project management responsibilities if required

Change & Optimization Projects for Existing Customers

As customer requirements and processes evolve, you will:

• Support existing customers in adapting and optimizing their processes
• Advise customers on best practices and guide them through change initiatives
• Help customers address new operational and organizational challenges

Capturing Customer Feedback

Through your close interaction with customers, you will:

• Identify feature requests and improvement opportunities
• Act as an interface to the internal product development team
• Contribute valuable input to the product roadmap

Your Profile

• Very good presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills, with a confident and professional appearance
• Strong customer- and solution-oriented mindset, quick comprehension, and analytical thinking
• Solid business acumen, especially regarding business processes and strategic objectives
• Basic understanding of programming or scripting (nice to have)
• Interest in software processes and system integrations (e.g. web services)
• Very good Excel skills and solid Word skills
• Ideally initial experience in consulting and/or project management
• Very good spoken and written English for internal communication within an international organization
• Willingness to travel within Germany, Austria, Switzerland, and France (max. 2 days per month)
