Business Development Manager HVAC / Area Sales Manager Germany (m/f/d)
For our client, a large Polish HVAC/heating manufacturer, we are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager / Area Sales Manager to support the further development of the German market. The company is already present in Germany, but the market is still at an early stage of stronger commercial development. The goal is to accelerate sales growth, strengthen the brand’s position and build the right commercial channels for long-term market success. This is not a standard account management role. We are looking for a person who understands the German HVAC/heating market, has relevant industry contacts and can help define the right direction for sales development.
Your responsibilities
- Developing sales on the German HVAC/heating market
- Building and expanding commercial channels
- Identifying new business opportunities and market potential
- Developing relationships with distributors, wholesalers, installers and technical partners
- Supporting the brand’s growth and market positioning in Germany Advising on the best sales channels and market development strategy Actively implementing sales activities in the field Representing the company in meetings with partners, clients and industry stakeholders Monitoring market trends, competitors and customer needs Supporting the long-term development of the German market, with future DACH potential
Your profile We are looking for a candidate who has:
- documented experience in B2B sales or business development in the German HVAC/heating market
- strong knowledge of the German HVAC, heating or technical distribution market
- contacts with distributors, wholesalers, installers, technical partners or project clients
- experience in developing sales channels and building business partnerships
- ability to work independently and organize sales activities in the field strong commercial mindset and result orientation ability to combine hands-on sales with a strategic view of market development good communication and negotiation skills willingness to travel within Germany driving licence German language skills required English language skills welcome
Nice to have
- experience with heat pumps, heating systems, boilers or ventilation products
- experience on the manufacturer side or with a large HVAC distributor
- knowledge of SHK / HVAC wholesale structures in Germany
- experience in market entry, brand development or distribution strategy contacts in DACH markets

Product focus
The company has a broad HVAC/heating product portfolio. Depending on the candidate’s experience and market network, the role may focus on one selected product group or several product lines, such as: heat pumps heating systems boilers fireplaces ventilation / recuperation solutions other HVAC/heating products If your strongest expertise is, for example, heat pumps or heating systems, this area may become the main focus of your development work.
