• Drive the expansion and development of business relationships within the pharmaceutical and biotechnology sectors
• Identify, approach, and acquire new clients across Europe and global markets
• Cultivate, maintain, and expand an existing customer network
• Manage complex sales processes from lead generation through contract negotiation and closure
• Develop tailored client solutions in close collaboration with internal scientific and operational teams
• Conduct market and competitive analyses to identify emerging business opportunities and industry trends
• Represent the company at international conferences, partnering events, and industry forums
• Support the strategic development and enhancement of the company's service portfolio

• Several years of business development and/or sales experience within a CRO, CDMO, or related life sciences service organization
• Established network and strong industry relationships within pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies
• Solid understanding of the drug development process, including preclinical and/or clinical development
• Proven track record of successfully closing deals and achieving or exceeding revenue targets
• Ability to effectively position and communicate complex scientific and service offerings to diverse stakeholders
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, including interactions with senior executives and C-level decision-makers
• Fluent in English and German; additional languages are considered an asset
• Willingness to travel internationally on a regular basis
