Cabin Integration Project Manager (d/m/w) AIRBUS (Ingenieur/in - Maschinenbau)

• Develop and manage risk and opportunity frameworks within the Cabin/ESI/MSI perimeter.
• Apply programme strategies, focusing on continuous improvement and competitive enhancements.
• Lead or support strategic de-risking and improvement initiatives in line with programme objectives.
• Create, drumbeat, and deliver project documentation in alignment with project management methodologies.
• Handle crisis management and arbitration for programme challenges, ensuring smooth operations.
• Contribute to programme governance and introduce innovative ways of working within the team.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing top-down management updates and bottom-up escalation.
• Allocate and manage AOP (Airbus Operational Planning) budgets for specific budget lines.

• Possess a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Management, International Management, Supply Chain/Logistics, or Business Economics.
• Bring 1–3+ years of experience in customer service, project management, supply chain, or cost management (RC/NRC experience is mandatory).
• Demonstrate strong knowledge of continuous improvement processes, project management, and risk management.
• Proficiency in English is essential; knowledge of German or French is an advantage.
• Have notable skills in stakeholder management and experience in change management methodologies. - PM certification and/or experience in cabin design will be considered a plus. - Familiarity with Google Workspace is required; ability to work in screen-intensive environments essential.
