• You will act as a key operational support to the Fleet and Project Managers, handling day-to-day tasks to ensure project progression.

• You possess a degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Business Administration (minimum of a Bachelor’s degree).
• You bring at least 2 years of experience in project management, change management, or process improvement.
• You are skilled in using agile methodologies, such as Scrum, to drive efficiency and flexibility in projects.
• You demonstrate fluency in both German and English to facilitate seamless communication.
• You have proficient IT skills, including knowledge of Google Workspace; knowledge of Skywise and artificial intelligence tools is advantageous.
• You possess strong analytical capabilities and can grasp and break down complex systems and processes effectively.
• You excel at self-directed, structured, and results-oriented work while coordinating tasks and meeting deadlines.
• You have strong interpersonal and communication skills, enabling collaboration with partners across different organizational levels.
