Client Contract Manager (m/w/d)

  • Manage client relationships, governance, reporting, risks and escalations.
  • Support bids, solution costing, contract setup and service changes.
  • Coordinate delivery, technical, finance and third-party vendor teams.
  • Improve operational processes and support growth within existing accounts.
  • Oversee commercial commitments and basic profitability for small accounts.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years in client-facing roles within Telecom or IT.
  • Experience in contract management, service delivery and process improvement.
  • Strong communication, negotiation and stakeholder-management skills.
  • Commercial awareness and experience coordinating international teams.
  • Knowledge of Clients Business Services products, processes and tools.
  • Excellent English and Microsoft Office skills.
  • Relevant degree or equivalent experience; ITIL Foundation and Agile Synergy Practitioner certifications.
  • German Language B2 to C1 level mandatory
