Own the Client, Drive the Growth

  • Take full ownership of a portfolio of corporate clients and actively develop it
  • Drive onboarding and ramp-up — from first deal to fully scaled program
  • Identify and execute cross-sell and up-sell opportunities across clients and their supply chain
  • Act as the central point of coordination across internal teams (Sales, Product, IT, Legal) to deliver results
  • Support new client acquisition, including RFPs and strategic opportunity assessments Work closely with Product to shape new solutions based on client needs and market feedback
  • 3+ years in a client-facing, commercial role (Sales, Account Management, Client Success)
  • Strong drive to grow client relationships and generate business
  • Experience in finance, treasury, or working capital solutions is a plus — mindset matters more
  • Confident communicator with the ability to engage senior stakeholders
  • Hands-on, entrepreneurial mindset — you make things happen
  • Structured, analytical, and able to manage multiple workstreams Fluent in German and English
