Duties & Responsibilities
- You will support the development, deployment, and continuous improvement of sales concepts and business initiatives within the NeuroRehabilitation channel
- You will collaborate with HQ and local stakeholders to drive adoption and implementation across international markets
- You will gather customer, market, and stakeholder insights and translate them into recommendations that support continuous improvement of the sales concepts
- You will plan and support congress participation and other customer-facing events
- You will collaborate closely with Product Management, Go-to-Market, Marketing, Sales, Clinical Affairs, Patient Care, and other cross-functional teams to support strategic priorities You will coordinate strategic projects and business initiatives, ensuring effective execution, stakeholder alignment, and achievement of defined objectives You will support the development and sharing of best practices, tools, and frameworks to enable successful implementation across markets
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Public Health, Healthcare Management, Life Sciences, Physiotherapy, or a related field
- 3–5 years of professional experience in business development, commercial excellence, marketing, project management, clinical support, or a related role within healthcare or medical devices
- Experience working in an international and cross-functional environment
- Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills Ability to translate customer and market insights into actionable recommendations and business initiatives Customer-oriented mindset with a proactive and collaborative approach Proficiency with Microsoft Office and related applications Fluent verbal and written communication skills in English Willingness to travel within Europe Experience in training, education, congress management, or customer engagement activities is considered an advantage
