Key Responsibilities

  • Drive RIB's commercial transformation roadmap across sales processes, technology, AI, automation, and digital commerce.
  • Identify and prioritize initiatives that improve commercial effectiveness, scalability, and customer experience.
  • Translate strategic objectives into executable programs with clear business outcomes and measurable success criteria.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to commercial leadership on transformation opportunities and best practices. 2. Drive AI, Automation & Digital Commerce Innovation
  • Identify, design, and implement AI and automation use cases that improve forecasting, pipeline management, seller productivity, and customer engagement. Partner with business, data and technology teams to identify, prioritize, and implement AI initiatives.
  • Lead the design and implementation of RIB's enterprise eCommerce program in partnership with Commercial, Product, IT, and Digital stakeholders, ensuring successful deployment and business adoption.
  • Evaluate and scale emerging technologies such as predictive analytics, intelligent automation, self service buying journeys, and content personalization.
  • Partner with Product, IT, CRM, Data & Analytics, and Operations teams to integrate new capabilities into the commercial ecosystem.
  • Measure adoption, business impact, and return on investment for transformation initiatives. 3. Drive Commercial Process Excellence
  • Partner with Sales Excellence, and Operations stakeholders to identify opportunities to improve commercial processes and ways of thinking.
  • Ensure consistent alignment of sales methodologies, CRM workflows, and operational processes across regions.
  • Simplify ways of working, remove process friction, and improve data quality and operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with Enablement and Operations teams to drive process adoption and sustainable execution. 4. Lead Strategic Transformation Programs
  • Lead high priority, cross functional commercial initiatives sponsored by executive leadership.
  • Develop business cases, implementation plans, governance structures, and success metrics for strategic programs.
  • Manage initiative portfolios, dependencies, risks, and value realization.
  • Ensure transformation programs move effectively from concept to implementation and long term operational adoption. 5. Champion Change & Adoption
  • Drive organizational readiness and adoption of new processes, technologies, and ways of working.
  • Build strong partnerships across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Product, and Operations functions.
  • Facilitate executive and stakeholder alignment on priorities, progress, and expected outcomes.
  • Act as a visible change leader who helps embed innovation into day to day commercial execution.

Your Profile

  • 5+ years of experience leading strategic programs, business transformation, commercial operations, sales excellence, revenue operations, or related functions within a SaaS or technology environment.
  • Proven success leading cross-functional transformation initiatives and managing complex stakeholder networks.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce CRM and commercial technology ecosystems, with experience leading business transformation initiatives involving CRM and related platforms.
  • Experience strong familiarity leading or supporting the implementation of AI, automation, digital commerce, or other technology-enabled transformation initiatives.
  • Excellent program management, stakeholder management, and change leadership skills.
  • Ability to translate strategic concepts into actionable, measurable projects.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset with a focus on simplification and scalability.
  • The role requires minimal travel of less than 10 %.
  • Proficient fluent English (min. C1) language skills.
  • Advantageous
  • Previous work experience in a corporate environment.
  • German language skills.
  • Experience in the construction industry.
