Communication Marketing Manager (f/m/d)

Key Responsibilities

• Draft clear, technicallyaccurateproduct communications for B2B customers, including end-of-life noticesand product update announcements
• Work closely with Product Managers to gather the technical context needed foraccuratecomms
• Produce confident first drafts that require minimal revision,demonstratingstrong understanding of how SaaS products operate
• Ensure all customer-facing product comms are appropriately timed, well-structured, and aligned with brand tone Supportlogisticsand content preparation for customer-facing CAB events Assistin preparing materials, agendas, and follow-up communications for CAB meetings

with the Customer Growth team Work with the marketing team to align product communications with broader messaging

Preferred Experience

• Up to 5 years of experience in a customer communications, product marketing, or product communications role
• Strong B2B SaaS background, ideally in a startup or scale-up environment
• Demonstrated experience writing product communications at a technical level (e.g.feature updates, EOL notices, product deprecations)
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, customer-friendly language
• Excellent written English communication skills
• Comfortable working with cross-functional teams including Product, Marketing, and Customer Success

Nice-to-have's

• German language skills
• in identity verification IDV), KYC, or fintech sectors
• Familiarity with customer advisory board (CAB) processes and event support
• Experience working across multiple European markets
