- Conduct consultations, clinical assessments, treatment planning and follow-up care
- Perform specialised surgical procedures in accordance with established clinical protocols and best practice standards
- Collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary medical and administrative team
- Contribute to the development of clinical pathways, governance processes and quality standards
- Support the growth and strategic development of specialised lipedema services in the UK
- Participate in professional networking, educational activities and knowledge exchange within our European expert network
- Contribute to innovation and the continuous enhancement of patient outcomes and clinical services
- Collaborate closely with the Marketing team to support patient education initiatives, brand awareness activities, social media engagement and the promotion of specialised lipedema services
- Help create an exceptional patient experience within a private healthcare environment
- GMC-registered Consultant Surgeon, or a Specialist Surgeon eligible for GMC registration and practice in the UK (m/f/d)
- Ideally, a Consultant Plastic Surgeon with proven experience in liposuction procedures
- Strong surgical background with a proven commitment to clinical excellence and patient safety
- Interest in specialised lipedema treatment and innovative patient care models
- Ability to combine clinical expertise with a proactive and entrepreneurial mindset
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Interest in service development and contributing to the growth of a specialist centre Fluent English language skills Willingness to travel within the UK High level of empathy, professionalism and patient focus
