Cyber Security Manager - Product Security / IEC 62443 (m/w/d)

• You establish and manage CRA compliance and ensure adherence to relevant standards including IEC 62443
• You advise R&D and software teams on implementing secure architectures within the Secure Development Lifecycle (SDL)
• You manage vulnerabilities including SBOM in close collaboration with PSIRT
• You conduct threat and risk analyses, support security testing, and prepare compliance assessments and audits
• You act as the central interface between management, engineering, and procurement for supplier security requirements

• You have a degree in Computer Science, Cyber Security, Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering, Automation, or a comparable technical field; further security training is an advantage
• You possess in-depth knowledge of CRA and IEC 62443
• You have experience with SDL, security risk assessments, and vulnerability management
• You understand industrial automation, networked systems, IoT, and embedded systems
• You have experience with industrial compliance and audit processes
• You have strong analytical and conceptual skills with a high sense of quality and responsibility
• You demonstrate strong communication and assertiveness across all organisational levels
• You work independently, in a structured and solution-oriented manner
• You are fluent in English; German is an advantage
