Delivery & Contract Manager (m/w/d) AIRBUS (Vertragsberater/in)

Your tasks:

• Manage the legal risk in relation to aircraft deliveries and contractual obligations.
• Understand and oversee aircraft sales purchase agreements, particularly related to deliveries.
• Contribute directly to the organization’s financial objectives.
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with global customers and financiers.
• Prepare commercial and legal documentation concerning aircraft financing.
• Calculate final aircraft prices, issue invoices accordingly, ensure payment monitoring, and manage exceptions such as delays or defaults.
• Represent the organization at official and social events with customers.
• Coordinate and streamline workflows to ensure deadlines are met efficiently.

VORAUSSSETZUNGEN:

• A degree in fields such as Business Informatics, Engineering Management, Business Administration, or International Management.
• 2 years of professional experience in contract management.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and Google Workspace.
• Fluent negotiation skills in English.
• Experience in working with English-language contracts and customer interaction. - Data analysis and structuring experience, with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail. - Independent, result-oriented work ethic capable of meeting stringent deadlines.
