Electrical Engineer (m/f/d) Robotics (Ingenieur/in - Elektrotechnik)

Your tasks:

• Design and integrate electrical systems and wiring for humanoid robotics prototypes
• Develop and document wire harnesses, connector interfaces, pinouts, and electrical schematics using KiCad or Altium Designer
• Design and optimize power distribution systems, including cable sizing, protection circuits, and system reliability concepts
• Perform hardware testing, board evaluations, troubleshooting, and bring-up of new electronic components and subsystems
• Analyze signal integrity, EMC/EMI compliance, shielding, and grounding concepts for robust system performance
• Manage electronic components and libraries within CAD environments and maintain technical documentation
• Collaborate with mechanical, software, and robotics engineers to ensure successful system integration

Your profile:

• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Robotics, or a related field
• Experience with electrical system design, schematics, and hardware validation
• Proficiency in KiCad, Altium Designer, or similar EDA tools
• Knowledge of EMC/EMI, signal integrity, and industrial communication protocols such as EtherCAT
• Robotics experience is a plus
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
• Fluent in English; German is a plus
