Electronics Technician for Beamer and Projector Repair (m/f/d)
- Diagnose and repair defective beamers and projectors in our workshop
- Identify electronic and optical faults independently
- Repair faults on board, PCB and component level where possible
- Replace defective electronic components and assemblies
- Work on power supplies, mainboards, signal boards, cooling systems and optical components
- Perform measurements using suitable test and measuring equipment
- Carry out functional tests, image tests and final quality checks after repair
- Document faults, repair steps and test results clearly
- Assess whether a repair is technically and economically reasonable
This position is only suitable for candidates with real professional repair experience. We are not looking for beginners, general electricians, installers, facility technicians or field service technicians. The candidate must already have several years of practical experience in diagnosing and repairing beamers or projectors. Training a general technician from scratch is not possible for this position.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in beamer and projector repair
- Strong practical experience in electronics repair and fault diagnosis
- Good understanding of both electronic and optical faults in projectors
- Experience with power supplies, mainboards, signal boards, cooling systems and optical components
- Confident use of measuring equipment and workshop tools
- Experience with component replacement, soldering and repair on board level
- Ability to work independently, precisely and systematically
- Technical training in electronics, electrical engineering, mechatronics or a comparable technical field is preferred
- English or German skills sufficient for technical communication and documentation
Willingness to work on site in Surwold, Germany Important: This position requires real hands-on repair experience with beamers and projectors. It is not suitable for candidates without practical repair experience in this field. We are looking for a real specialist with practical experience in beamer and projector repair. Please apply only if you have professional hands-on repair experience with beamers, projectors or very closely related electronic and optical AV equipment. Applications without relevant repair experience in this field cannot be considered.
