Key Responsibilities

• Advising clients on a wide range of day-to-day employment law matters
• Managing and supporting employment tribunal claims and litigation
• Providing pragmatic, commercially focused employment advice
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships
• Delivering client training and supporting business development activityWorking collaboratively with colleagues across multiple offices and practice areas

Candidate Requirements

• Qualified solicitor with demonstrated experience within employment law
• A strong background in both employment advisory and contentious matters
• Experience handling employment tribunal claims and litigation
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• A commercial and solutions-focused approachThe ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environmentStrong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities
