Responsibilities

• Basic care : You assist our patients with personal hygiene, such as washing, showering, bathing, brushing teeth, and dressing. You also help with mobilization and transfers (e.g., from bed to chair).
• Treatment care : You perform medical and nursing procedures such as changing dressings, administering injections, measuring blood sugar, and dispensing medication. You monitor vital signs and adjust the care plan as needed according to the doctor's instructions.
• Documentation : You record the nursing care process in the patient file and create reports for medical collaboration.
• Communication and social care : You conduct conversations with patients to understand their needs and promote social interaction. You inform relatives and trusted persons of the patients about their condition.
• Coordination with other professionals : Collaboration with other health and social service providers to ensure comprehensive care.
• Emergency management : You are trained in first aid and react quickly and correctly to acute situations or emergencies.
• Implementation of therapeutic measures : You perform physiotherapy or occupational therapy exercises with the patients according to the instructions of the therapists.

Qualifications

• They already have some initial work experience (optional)
• They enjoy working with people in need and are good team players.
• They possess a Class B driving licence.
