Experience Design Lead (m/w/d) - Digital Products

• Lead and facilitate end-to-end experience design, collaborating with internal, cross-disciplinary teams and design partners to deliver best-in-class experience of customer solutions.
• Plan, coordinate, and oversee design efforts, ensuring delivery and continuous evolution of the experience vision across products and customer journeys.
• Manage user research, usability testing, customer validation, and experience management activities.
• Guide design teams and partners to deliver simple, connected, intelligent, and personalized experiences.
• Contribute across all phases of the design lifecycle
• Ensure adherence to design system accessibility standards, governance frameworks, and enterprise experience principles.
• Advocate for Human-Centered Design, experimentation, validation, and iterative delivery.
• Advance Experience Design and Management practices, standards, methodologies, and services across the organization.
• Demonstrate commitment to solving meaningful customer problems and supporting strategic objectives.
• Leverage customer, operational, behavioural, and experience data to generate actionable insights and enable data-informed decisions.
• Define and monitor experience KPIs, success metrics, and outcome-based measures to assess and improve customer experience performance.
• Promote a safety and compliance culture
• Execute special assignments and strategic initiatives as required.

• Degree in one of the studies: Digital/ Strategic Design, Psychology and/or equivalent working experience
• Extensive, high-level expertise in Experience Design with implementation across devices
• Skilled in managing projects, budgets and delivery
• Experience working with Design Systems
• Experience working in Agile Environments including Kanban and Scrum.
• AI Literacy
• Experience in Systems thinking - mapping and orchestrating End-to-end experience journeys
• Excellent Communication and stakeholder management skills
• Understanding of Enterprise technologies and organizations
• Track record in Design Thinking/Human Centred Design
• Language: English
• Advantage: Fluent German
