Responsibility for all commercial project related topics and commercial optimization of the project
Control and monitoring of all commercial resources and agendas in the project (purchasing, project controlling, scheduling)
Ensuring and being responsible for the content of the timely and qualitatively required project reporting and project cash flow management
Preparation of budget and forecast - cooperation in the preparation of monthly/quarterly/annual financial statements
Coordination with the project manager for the purpose of achieving the project goals or their optimization

Successfully completed studies or training in the field of business administration or engineering technology
Several years of professional experience in handling large projects
Knowledge of contract law (HGB, BGB, international), costing, KORE and IFRS
Business fluent in German and English
High willingness to travel or keen to work on a construction site for a longer period of time (national assignment)
Proven ability to collaborate with cross functional teams in a matrix environment
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, comfortable operating and communicating at all levels within an organization and with customers
