Export Control Officer (m/f/d)

• Independent implementation of measures to comply with and ensure adherence to national and international regulations in foreign trade and export control
• Classification of products in accordance with the relevant legal requirements
• Carrying out and documenting checks against dual-use, catch-all, end-use, country and sanctions lists, as well as checks for licence requirements
• Application for and monitoring of export licences and communication with the competent authorities
• Establishment, maintenance and further development of the Internal Compliance Programme (ICP)
• Maintaining and supporting the software solution used at TER Chemicals in cooperation with the external service provider
• Advising and training internal specialist departments and international subsidiaries on issues relating to foreign trade and export control legislation
• Preparing for and supporting internal and external audits conducted by authorities and certification bodies

• You have successfully completed vocational training or a degree in logistics or foreign trade
• Several years of professional experience in export control will enable you to integrate confidently into our processes
• You are confident in using MS Office and have good SAP knowledge
• Your good command of English will help you to communicate effectively in international context
