Fleet Repair Manager / Project Manager (m/f/d)

To strengthen our Technical & Nautical Department, we are looking for a committed and experienced Fleet Repair Manager / Project Manager (m/f/d) to join our office in Travemünde, Germany.
Your Responsibilities
- Leading and coordinating a mobile repair team for fleet-wide assignments
- Planning and supervising on-board repairs in machinery, engine room and deck areas
- Managing technical projects, including conversions, refits and dry dockings
- Coordinating internal departments, vessel crews, external contractors and suppliers
- Ensuring that repair and project work is carried out in accordance with technical, operational and economic requirements Monitoring project progress, budgets, deadlines and quality standards
Your Profile
- A technical degree or comparable technical qualification with relevant professional experience in maritime industry.
- Solid technical understanding and a strong passion for the maritime business
- Experience in ship repair, fleet maintenance, project management or a related technical field is an advantage
- Very good written and spoken English skills; business fluent level required
- Structured, independent and solution-oriented working style Ability to consider both technical and commercial aspects in daily decision-making Confident use of common MS Office applications High level of flexibility and willingness to travel regularly
