Founders Associate Finance - (AI x Greentech) (m/f/d)

What You’ll Do:

• Get hands-on with pre-bookkeeping, support month end closing processes and liaise with our Steuerberater (tax advisor)
• Support KPI reporting and financial tracking to help shape how we plan and grow
• Support invoice management and collections to keep cash flowing
• Assist in preparing annual financial statements and work closely with external partners
• Take ownership of data cleaning and provide cross-departmental support
• Be hands-on with financial systems, this role can be as technical as you make it

• Hands-on DATEV experience
• You have a can-do, roll-up-your-sleeves attitude
• You take ownership, think proactively, and aren’t afraid to ask questions
• Tech-savvy and curious – you actively use AI tools and can give examples of what you've automated or improved
• Structured, proactive, and comfortable in fast-paced environments
• Ideally start as soon as possible
