Founder's Associate (unique position, m/f/x)

• Build and manage relationships with external partners, research institutions, and service providers. Represent the company in external conversations and help structure early collaborations. Research & Analysis:
• Conduct research to inform key business decisions from landscape analysis to competitive positioning. Compile and synthesize findings to support the founders' strategic choices. Project Ownership:
• Drive projects across different areas of the business, from setting up new processes to managing contracts and agreements. Take full ownership of initiatives rather than waiting for direction. General Execution:
• Take on whatever needs doing to move the business forward, from ad-hoc special projects to coordinating with external stakeholders.

• Excellent English, written and spoken (German is a big plus).
• Highly and intrinsically motivated about the topic (longevity, life extension, cryopreservation, etc.)
• A research background or scientific degree (e.g. biology or related field) is highly appreciated, though not mandatory
• Proven track record of taking ownership and driving projects independently, ideally in a fast-paced, early-stage, or founder-facing environment
• Strong analytical and research skills, with the ability to quickly get up to speed on new and complex topics
• Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities at once
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including comfort representing the company in external conversations
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software
