Full-Time Operations Internship (Pflichtpraktikum) - Berlin (m/f/d)

Tasks

Since Tomorrow Bio is a startup, you will have a wide range of tasks that may evolve over time based on the company's needs and your preferences. Some of the tasks you will likely undertake include:

• Supporting day-to-day internal operations and keeping our systems and data organized and up to date
• Assisting with bookkeeping, expense tracking, and financial documentation
• Drafting and managing contracts and internal documents
• Assisting in tasks related to customers' membership
• Assisting with the preparation of legal and compliance-related documentation Identifying and implementing improvements to internal processes and workflows

• Must be enrolled at a University/College and the internship must be a mandatory part of your degree program (Pflichtpraktikum)
• Entrepreneurial spirit (We love people that can self-manage)
• Creative, result-driven, and very open-minded
• Pronounced hands-on mentality, your day-to-day will include a wide(!) range of projects
• Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
• Comfortable with responsibility (some projects will be entirely your responsibility from start to finish)
• Strong communication skills
• Excellent English writing and speaking skills (German is considered a plus!)
• Excellent computer/tech skills
• Ideally, but not required: Work experience in early-stage, high-innovation companies
• Willingness to relocate to Berlin, Germany or already living in Berlin / Remote not possible
