Growth Associate E-Commerce - Fluent German & English (m/f/d)

You will work directly with our Head of Venture Development and our founder on further scaling Gauder and enabling levers for future growth. Identify Growth Levers:

• Scout and analyze new product categories, international markets, and sales channels to validate and unlock major expansion potential. Drive Project Ownership:
• Take full 0-to-1 ownership of high-impact growth projects, coordinating execution across teams (e.g. Supply Chain, Marketing, Product). Deliver Strategic Insights:
• Deep-dive into global sales and portfolio data, creating essential reports and forecasts that serve as the foundation for management decision-making. Optimize Commercial Performance:
• Analyze portfolio performance across channels and countries, providing actionable strategies to immediately maximize revenue and profitability

Must

• Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in business, economics, or a related field.
• Fluent in German (C1) and English (C1), both written and spoken.
• Proven Analytical Skills - Confident working with large datasets/spreadsheets to draw clear, actionable conclusions.
• Structured approach to problem-solving and strong communication skills.
• Hands-on, proactive, and curious – you don’t wait to be told what to do and think one step ahead.

Highly Valued (Bonus Points)

• Relevant experience from consulting, finance, startups, e-commerce, or other business related fields.
• Knowledge of other languages
