Growth Strategy Intern - (German Speaker) (m/f/d)

You will be responsible for managing your own projects in the field of business development in our German, Swiss or Austrian market. You will monitor the online sales of our products to track product performances and identify growth opportunities. You will collaborate with our operations teams to ensure a smooth supply chain of our products. You will share your product insights to our marketing teams to help them run impactful and efficient campaigns You will regularly analyze the market for sleeping products (new trends, customer behavior, competition…) You will suggest ideas to improve our customer experience based on customer feedback. You will be supported by a more senior team member to help you grow professionally and personally.
Currently, you are studying Business Administration, Management, or any related university program. You speak fluent English and German. At best you gained first practical working experience in a dynamic environment and are fascinated by fast scalable business models. You have strong analytical skills can collaborate well and learn quickly. You like to take on responsibility and are able to work independently. You are available for at least 6 months.
