Hardware Developer (m/f/d) (Ingenieur/in - Elektrotechnik)

Your tasks:

• Designing and developing electronic hardware from concept through to production release
• Creating system and hardware concepts based on technical, commercial, and regulatory requirements
• Developing schematics for analog, digital, and mixed-signal applications, designing and implementing PCB layouts using Altium Designer
• Developing and optimizing low-voltage electronic systems (<100 V)
• Designing and validating power electronics circuits in the low-voltage range
• Developing and integrating communication interfaces with a focus on EtherCAT and Ethernet technologies
• Performing circuit analysis, bring-up, testing, debugging, and root-cause investigations

Your profile:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field with more than 5 years of professional experience in electronics hardware development
• Proven experience covering the complete hardware development process, including concept development, schematic design, and PCB layout, proficiency in Altium Designer
• Strong expertise in low-voltage electronics development (<100 V)
• Hands-on experience with EtherCAT and Ethernet-based communication systems
• Solid background in mixed-signal circuit development
• Knowledge of functional safety principles and standards such as IEC 61508, ISO 13849, or equivalent
• Good written and spoken English skills
