Hardware Engineer (m/w/d) - Fab Automation (AMHS) (Ingenieur/in - Automatisierungstechnik)

Tasks Your Mission: Take thelead on hardware performance and drive technological development:

• System Optimization & Setup: You will be responsible for theinstallation, commissioning, and continuous improvement of our AMHShardware.
• In-Depth Troubleshooting: For complex issues, you willconduct root cause analyses (8D, FMEA, SPC) and implement sustainablesolutions.
• Project Management: You will lead cross-functional projectsaimed at improving productivity, quality, and cost efficiency—fromplanning through to performance review.
• Technology Scouting: You willevaluate new equipment and materials, work closely with suppliers, anddevelop in-house hardware solutions to meet operational needs.
• Leadership & Mentoring: You will lead and mentor a team of techniciansand junior engineers, share your knowledge, and foster team spiritthrough clear communication.
• Fab Setup: You will actively assist withinstallation and coordinate upgrades in close collaboration with otherdepartments.

Profile You are a proactive team player who thrives in adynamic, fast-paced environment and is willing to take onresponsibility. Qualifications:

• A Master’s degree in Engineering,such as Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, Automation, or a relatedfield. Experience:
• Professional experience in the semiconductorindustry is required. Technical expertise:
• In-depth knowledge ofoptimization algorithms, control systems, and mechanical automation.Methodological skills:
• Proficiency in quality tools such as SPC, FMEA,and 8D problem-solving. Personality:
• Hands-on mentality, resilience,and the ability to motivate and lead teams professionally. Language:
• Fluent in English (company language). Basic communication skills inMandarin or German is a plus. Training:
