Head Gardener at Les Jardins de Médongaule in South Korea (m/f/d)

What We're Looking For:

• Advanced expertise in horticulture
• Strong garden design and seasonal display skills
• Knowledge of organic gardening practices
• Minimum 10 years of professional experience
• Proficiency in English communication
• Ability to lead, train, and inspire a gardening team

Visa:

This position is subject to the successful issuance of a Korean E-7 (Specially Designated Activities) visa. Applicants must be able to provide apostilled documentation of relevant professional experience as part of the visa application process.

Wir bieten

Contract Terms:

• Duration: 3 years
• Salary: €50,000–€80,000 per year, inclusive of severance pay as required under Korean labour law. The annual salary is structured across 13 payments. 12 monthly payments plus one month's salary paid as statutory severance upon completion of the contract. Final salary will be determined following the interview process.
• Hours: 40 hours per week, 5 days, with some seasonal flexibility
• Annual leave: 20 days per year (bank holidays not included)
• Unpaid leave: Up to 30 days per year of unpaid leave may be available during less busy seasons, subject to agreement with the employer.

Please note: National Pension and Health Insurance contributions, as well as applicable taxes, will be deducted in accordance with Korean regulations.
