Real enterprise AI adoption experience with the numbers to prove what actually changed
A genuine track record of redesigning processes (Lean, BPM, service design or similar), including the facilitation skill to lead that work with people who don't report to you
Hands-on technical range: LLM/agent architectures, orchestration, RAG, MCP, and working fluency across today's major enterprise AI stacks (Claude, Microsoft 365 Copilot, Atlassian Rovo, ChatGPT, Gemini)
Solid regulatory footing: EU AI Act deployer/provider obligations and GDPR in a data-processing context
The influence to lead without formal authority and turn a network of part-time volunteers into a genuine delivery engine
Fluent English (C1-C2) and working proficiency in German.
