Head of AML & Compliance - Crypto (m/f/d)

Aufgabengebiet

• Lead and continuously enhance the quality of the company's AML and compliance work
• Monitor regulatory developments and ensure ongoing compliance with applicable requirements
• Support the development and implementation of internal policies, procedures, and controls
• Conduct risk assessments and identify areas for improvement across compliance-related processes
• Manage interactions with regulatory authorities, auditors, and external partners
• Oversee transaction monitoring, suspicious activity assessment, and escalation processes
• Provide compliance guidance to business and technology stakeholders
• Deliver training and awareness initiatives across the organization
• Contribute to the company's broader governance and risk management activities

Anforderungsprofil

• Several years of experience in AML, Compliance, Financial Crime Prevention, or Regulatory Risk
• Experience within banking, payments, fintech, e-money, securities, digital assets, or another regulated financial services environment
• Strong understanding of AML regulations, compliance frameworks, and regulatory expectations
• Ability to work independently and drive initiatives with limited bureaucracy
• Solution-oriented mindset with a pragmatic approach to problem-solving
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Digital asset or crypto exposure is beneficial but explicitly not required
• Fluent English and German are required
