  • Lead and oversee Change Control, Deviation, and CAPA management to ensure compliant and timely execution
  • Provide disciplinary and functional leadership, including task allocation, strategic guidance, and decision-making
  • Act as the primary escalation point and ensure proper documentation and coordination of all related processes
  • Drive root cause analyses, define corrective and preventive actions, and ensure effectiveness of implemented measures
  • A Master’s degree in a relevant field, i.e. generally in the natural sciences, pharmacy or medicine
  • At least 7 years of relevant professional experience.
  • At least 7 years of leadership experience.
  • Strong expertise in Change Control, Deviation, and CAPA processes including root cause analysis and effectiveness checks
  • Proven ability to manage complex cross-functional interfaces and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders Excellent communication and leadership skills with a strategic and solution-oriented mindset
