HR Solutions Partner (m/w/d) DACH

• Partner with managers and employees on employee relations, employment law, and people-related matters across the DACH region.
• Support the resolution of workplace issues while ensuring compliance with local legislation and company policies.
• Build strong relationships with works councils and support consultation processes.
• Ensure compliance with local HR policies, regulatory requirements, and governance standards.
• Support the delivery of key HR programs, including performance management, compensation, engagement, and organizational initiatives.
• Act as a local Workday champion, promoting effective use of HR systems and self-service tools.
• Use HR data and insights to identify trends and support informed business decisions.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and collaborate with HR Shared Services, Centers of Excellence, and business leaders to enhance the employee experience.

• 5-10 years of HR experience in an HR advisory, employee relations, or HR generalist role.
• Strong knowledge of German employment law, including works council regulations (BetrVG) and collective agreements, with exposure to Switzerland.
• Experience partnering with works councils and managing consultation processes.
• Proficiency in Workday and experience working within a case management or ticketing environment (e.g., ServiceNow).
• Fluent German and strong English communication skills; French is an advantage.
• Confidence advising managers on complex people matters and handling sensitive issues with sound judgment.
• Experience working in a matrixed, multinational environment and collaborating across HR functions.
• Exposure to HR transformation, process improvement, or change initiatives is a plus.
