Job Description In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Preparing ingredients yourself
- Applying basic cooking techniques
- Providing input on menu composition and changes, including changes to menus, menus, and methods
- Responsible for inventory and order management
- Technically supervising assistants
Job Requirements - MBO 3 work and thinking level
- Demonstrable knowledge of basic cooking techniques
We offer: Competitive salary: €2.510 – €3.050 gross per month (Depending on experience and skills; subject to adjustment in accordance with the Hospitality Collective Labor Agreement)
