Intern Digital Solutions For Investment (m/f/d)

Key responsibilities

• Build and optimize data pipelines and SQL queries against large investment datasets
• Prototype and evaluate new approaches: agent architectures, retrieval strategies, tooling and document findings for the team
• Write clean, tested, reviewable code and participate in code reviews and architecture discussions
• Produce concise technical documentation for the solutions you build

• Enrolled in a degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, Data Science or a comparable quantitative field
• Excellent technical background with strong, demonstrable Python skills and solid SQL
• Strong problem-solving ability. The interview process includes a coding assessment (algorithms and data structures).
• Ability to reason about and explain your own design decisions.
• Fluent English (written and spoken).

Nice to have:

• Experience with cloud platforms, ideally Azure
• Exposure to LLM/agent frameworks (LangGraph, MCP)
• Interest in or coursework on capital markets, fixed income or portfolio theory
• Git, CI/CD, Docker and contributions to open source or substantial personal projects (portfolio/GitHub link welcome)

Support the digital solutions for investment team in extending our agentic AI platform for investment data and portfolio intelligence. Work with us on various components of the platform from data pipelines, APIs, agents, and analytical tools. The role suits students who want to combine excellent software engineering skills with quantitative finance skills.
