As an Intern, you will be part of the TAG team for 6 months, gaining exposure to:

Assist on financial due diligence buy-side and sell-side assignments.
Support with preparing proposals for Financial Due Diligence and Financial Vendor Assistance projects
Other M&A related (research) tasks e.g. assisting on managing intelligence on forthcoming deals, and working on targeting of private equity

Currently enrolled in a Masters program
Fluent business level in German, English and ideally in French is essential
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficient with Excel and PowerPoint
Strong interest in Accounting, Finance and M&A deal cycle
Strong interest in a career within Transactions Advisory
Knowledge of Alteryx is a plus
