Internship Talent Acquisition/ Recruiting (w/f/x)

Your Mission

• Own the hiring journey: Take responsibility for your own roles—from crafting compelling job ads and proactively sourcing talent to coordinating candidates through the hiring process and supporting hiring decisions alongside our Talent Acquisition team.
• Interview and identify top talent: Conduct interviews, learn structured interviewing techniques, and help assess candidates in a fair, objective, and data-driven way while partnering closely with hiring managers.
• Create an exceptional candidate experience: Be the first point of contact for candidates, build meaningful relationships, and ensure every interaction with FINN reflects our high hiring standards and employer brand.
• Leverage AI and automation to recruit smarter: Work with modern recruiting tools, AI, and automations to improve efficiency, generate insights, and continuously optimize how we attract and hire great talent.

Must have:

• You are a strong communicator who enjoys collaborating with candidates, hiring managers, and colleagues from different teams, building trust through clear, professional, and empathetic communication.
• You have a proactive, solution-oriented mindset and enjoy taking ownership, finding pragmatic solutions, and continuously looking for ways to improve how things are done.
• You bring a structured way of working and enjoy handling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment without losing sight of what matters most.
• You communicate with high fluency in German (C1/C2 level) and have a strong command of English (B2 level or above).

Nice to have:

• Previous experience in Recruiting, Talent Acquisition, HR, customer-facing roles, or a startup environment.
• High eagerness to learn, bring new ideas to the table, and explore how AI, automation, and data can shape the future of Talent
