IT Administrator (m/f/d)

• Provide 1st and 2nd level IT support for employees and act as the primary point of contact for local IT-related issues.
• Administer and maintain Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Azure AD, VPN access, endpoint devices, mobile phones and other workplace technologies.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, network and access-related issues to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
• Support employee onboarding, role changes and offboarding by preparing devices, creating user accounts and managing access rights.
• Manage the lifecycle of IT equipment, including device setup, deployment, replacement and inventory tracking.
• Assist in maintaining a secure IT environment by supporting security, compliance and data protection requirements.
• Participate in IT projects, system rollouts and continuous improvement initiatives in collaboration with Corporate IT.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, user guides and support materials.

• Bachelor's degree or vocational qualification in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline
• 3–5 years of experience in IT infrastructure, system administration, or IT operations
• Proven experience in providing 1st and 2nd level IT support within a corporate environment
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Azure AD, and endpoint management solutions.
• Experience in regulated environments and exposure to information security, data protection, and compliance requirements (e.g., GDPR, NIS2, ISO 27001, KRITIS) is advantageous.
• Experience working with external service providers and supporting infrastructure, security, or digital transformation initiatives.
• Fluent German and English language skills, both written and spoken. Spanish language skills are highly desirable.
