IT Administrator (m/w/d)

• Manage and maintain the company’s IT infrastructure, hardware, software, PCs, servers, and operating systems.
• Administer servers and networks, including installation, configuration, security, troubleshooting, backups, and maintenance.
• Manage email systems, user accounts, permissions, passwords, and internet access.
• Evaluate and implement IT upgrades, improvements, and new technologies.
• Plan and execute IT projects and future technology developments.
• Provide technical support and IT training to employees and maintain system documentation.
• Ensure software licensing compliance, IT resource records, website content maintenance, and handle other assigned IT-related tasks.

• Degree/Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or an equivalent qualification.
• At least 3 years of relevant professional experience.
• High level of integrity, motivation, and results-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong passion for technology and enthusiasm for software development using modern technologies.
• Fluent in German and English.
