IT Digital Workplace Engineer (m/f/d)

Your Mission
- Endpoint Management Manage Windows and mobile devices using Microsoft Intune and Endpoint Manager
- Configure compliance policies, device profiles, and Windows Autopilot deployments
- Maintain application deployment and software packaging
User Experience
- Provide end-user support for digital workplace technologies
- Troubleshoot complex Microsoft 365 and endpoint issues
- Improve productivity through automation and self-service solutions
- Enhance IT service delivery through ServiceNow workflows, knowledge articles, and process documentation
Identity & Access Management
- Support Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) and Active Directory
- Manage Conditional Access, MFA, and SSO
- Administer SolarWinds ARM for identity governance, access management, and compliance
- Perform access reviews, recertifications, and audit support
- Collaborate with Information Security and business teams to maintain least-privilege access controls
Your Talents
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and service management skills
- Fluent in English Extensive experience with Microsoft 365, Intune, Windows Autopilot, and modern endpoint management
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID, identity management, Conditional Access, and MFA
- Experience with ServiceNow or similar ITSM platforms and ITIL-based service processes
- Experience contributing to infrastructure and digital transformation projects
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work independently as well as collaboratively
- Commitment to continuous learning and staying current with Microsoft technologies and best practices
