IT Infrastructure & Operations Specialist (m/f/d)

Ihre Aufgaben:

• Manage daily onsite IT operations and workplace IT infrastructure
• Configure and prepare laptops, devices, monitors, and accessories for employees
• Troubleshoot Microsoft Office, VPN, hardware, software, printer, network issues
• Maintain user accounts, permissions, and IT inventory
• Coordinate meeting room systems, server room equipment, and workplace IT setups
• Coordinate vendors, quotations, deliveries, and implementation activities for IT-related topics
• Research practical IT solutions based on operational requirements and budget
• Design, deploy, and maintain a local network optimized for moving terabytes of sensor data between workstations and local storage
• Manage on-premise workstations and cloud instances optimized for deep learning and neural network training

Ihr Profil:

• Experience in IT support, onsite IT operations, workplace IT environments
• Expert-level Linux administration (Ubuntu/Debian) and shell scripting
• Deep knowledge of L2/L3 switching, 10 GbE standards (Cat6a/Fiber), and high-speed storage protocols
• Proficiency in Docker and Kubernetes is preferred
• Professional experience with Azure (Storage Accounts, Azure ML, Container Registry)
• Background in managing "Big Data" for AI (handling petabytes of video/LiDAR data)
• Experience with networking, hardware installation, or server room environments
• Experience coordinating external vendors or service providers
• Fluency in German and English
• Valid driving license
